Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits are credited in euros after on-chain confirmation and verification. Withdrawals are reviewed manually; network fees are charged at cost. Sending the wrong asset or network may cause permanent loss.

Fees and plans

Basic is free, Pro is €79/month, Premium is €199/month. All fees are shown before you confirm.

Account suspension

We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, sanctions breaches or false identity information.
